I had a look at Evochron Mercernary before and it looks pretty interesting. Then again, there are quite a few games that are of the Freelancer style. If we want to keep [bass] together, I imagine one day choosing one of these to move to.

I D/L'd the demo, which is a time lmited one, and clocked about 5 minutes on it. I had to stop myself there because I had just gotten ME3 which i needed to complete a playthrough of ME2 to get a character to import for and I knew if I spent any more time playing the evecron demo then ME3 wouldn't get a look-in.
As it stands i'm about 1/3rd of the way through ME3 (had 10 days A/L in that time too) and am loving it immensely, but still keep thinking about EvMerc occasionally.

I still haven't played Assasins Creed Brotherhood yet either, I haven't even played the first two of the series on my current XBox, or Fable 2 and 3. My gaming backlog is, in fact, growing nearly exponentially, outpaced only by my reading backlog which currently stands as a stack 745mm high and contains no fiction other than Sir Walter Scott's "Ivanho" and Homer's "Illiad" and "Odessey". Of course, these backlogs would probably be nowhere near as large If I stopped feeding my warhammer habit and quit my social life as well. The other option off course is to quit my job, then I could spend more time whittling the lists down and stop adding to them as well.

That being said, I think they will be put on hold a little longer once I finish at least one playthrough of ME3, EvoMerc looks really shiny.

Howdy Rambler! This game has been on my to do list for a long while, but I've still not downloaded it. RL has me tap dancing as fast as I can lately. Nothing bad, just busy. I barley can get online for FL.

BUT I do count as a hanger-on. In fact you could say I've locked my gauntlets in place... ;D
